How to Order

  • 1. China Southern Airlines is committed to providing passengers with special meals meeting their religious and/or medical needs. Please call our customer service hotline at 95539 and submit your special meal requirements at least 24 hours before departure.
  • 2. Kosher meals are only available for flights departing from Guangzhou to Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane, Auckland, Paris, Amsterdam, London, Los Angeles, Vancouver, Moscow, Dubai, and Beijing to Dubai. Kosher meal orders should be made at least 48 hours before your flight's scheduled departure.
  • 3. Special meal reservations are only available for dinners, snacks, and light meals. Each passenger can only apply for one special meal on their scheduled flight (except baby meals as a second choice).
  • 4. If a flight is delayed, canceled, or the flight is changed, the availability of an ordered meal may be affected. We apologize for any inconvenience.
  • 5. If a passenger reserves a special meal (for health or special reasons) which is not included on the special meal list, please provide accurate, detailed, and clear information regarding your requirements to our customer service. Our staff will prompt reply your request.
  • 6. The special meal qualifications of various catering companies are different. If the catering company does not have the qualification of relevant special meals, the relevant special meals can not be guaranteed, and the specific application results shall be subject to the booking.

BBML Baby Meal Suitable for infants less than 2 year old.
CHML Children Meal Suitable for children between 2 and 12 years old.
HNML Hindu Meal (non-vegetarian) This non-vegetarian meal; the Beef, Veal, Pork, Smoked Fish, and Raw Fish are prepared according to Hindu customs.
KSML Kosher Meal This pre-packed meal is prepared according to Jewish religious specifications and dietary laws, and is purchased from reputable manufacturers.
MOML Moslem Meal This meal is prepared according to Halal dietary laws without alcohol, pork product, gelatin, scale, or finless fish.
VJML Vegetarian Jain Meal Vegetarian food prepared Indian style, based on Jain customs. No meat, seafood, egg or dairy products. Onion, garlic, ginger, mushroom, and root or bulbous vegetables are also not used.
NBML Non-Beef Meal Prepared without beef, veal, or beef/veal by-products
BLML Bland Meal This meal is soft textured, low fiber, and lacks any gastric irritation ingredients (e. g. black pepper, chili powder, caffeine, and alcohol).
DBML Diabetic Meal Sugar free, low salt, no fried food. With complex carbohydrates, high fiber, low fat and calories. Suitable for both non-insulin and insulin-dependent diabetics.
LCML Low Calorie Meal The fat, seasoning, gravy and fried food content are limited;Sugar-containing food is limited.
LFML Low Fat Meal This meal uses low cholesterol, high-fiber ingredients, without red meat, fried or fatty foods.
LSML Low Salt Meal This meal is limited to using ingredients which only contain natural salt and sodium. No salt added.
NLML Low Lactose Meal All dairy products omitted.
GFML Gluten Intolerant Meal Gluten-free diet, avoids gluten found in wheat, rye, barley, bran, and oats.
FPML Fruit Platter Meal Fresh fruits are served, depending on availability and season.
RVML Vegetarian Raw Meal This meal is a combination of raw fruits and/or vegetables.
SFML Seafood Meal This meal only contains fish and seafood.
LQML Liquid Diet Meal Only liquids or slightly thickened soups, pureed vegetables.
AVML Vegetarian Indian Meal Indian spicy vegetarian meals, without meat, seafood, egg or dairy products, but contain some milk products.
VGML Vegetarian Vegan Meal Vegetarian food prepared Western style without meat, seafood, egg, or dairy products.
VOML Vegetarian Oriental Meal Vegetarian food is prepared Chinese style without meat, seafood, egg, or dairy products.
VLML Vegetarian Lacto-ovo Meal Vegetarian meals containing eggs and dairy products may be included.
